Here are the market statistics for Windward homes for sale in Alpharetta during the first half of 2006. The information is gatrhered using the Alpharetta MLS, the FMLS:
- Currently there are 117 Windard homes for sale.
- 22 additional Windward homes are either under contract or contingent.
- 74 Windward homes have sold in the first half of 2007.
- The absorption rate of Windward homes for sale is 9.5 months. This is lower than the overall Atlanta aborption rate which currently sits at 10.5 months.

I suppose it would be likely that we are somewhere aroound the bottom. It’s a little tough to call, but, if I had to say, I would say that we are probably going to stay where we are for until spring of ‘08. I would like to say that we are on our way back up, but, with the Atlanta market, we begin to slow down once school starts so that might offset any gains we would otherwise begin to make…
