Sandy Springs Homes For Sale Remain Strong Like Alpharetta
By Ryan Ward | December 3, 2007
Within Metro Atlanta the real estate market varies and some markets have remained stronger than others for sellers. Sellers of Sandy Springs homes for sale, like Alpharetta have done much better than the overall market. In fact, much of North Fulton remains relatively strong in larger down market in Atlanta and beyond. Much of the reason for the better than average market in Sandy Springs is due in part to its incorporation in 2005 along with excellent schools and its location. The truth, even in a slower market is that good homes in good areas will still sell. It’s the questionable areas and homes that are overpriced for their condition that suffer the most. We do still have a larger supply of Sandy
Springs homes for sale than in years past, but, the location and desirability have kept the sales flowing. So, if Alpharetta seems a bit too far for you if you have a commute intown, Sandy springs might provide you a good alternative if you are looking for a stable market to buy your next home.
